Commander Peter Fargason

Commander Peter Fargason
Voice: Unshou Ishizuka (Jpn) // Bill Morgan (Eng)

Commander of Hellsing's armed forces in the TV Series, Peter Fargason is present during most of Hellsing's nightly vampire hunts. Fargason is shown as an elder member of Hellsing and a very accomplished soldier as part of the organization.
In the TV series, Fargason takes on a great deal of the emotional character development for Seras, and is treated much like a father figure for the girl. Fargason is killed in the second to last episode of the series when Hellsing is betrayed and implicated in terrorist acts.

Enrico Stivaletti

Enrico Stivaletti
Voice: Ryotaro Okiayu (Jpn) // Hisato Masuyama (Eng)

Enrico Stivaletti, (Not to be confused with Enrico Maxwell) is a character who appears in Order 3 of the TV series. Enrico is vampirized with the "FREAK Chip" of the TV series, and accidentaly kills his homosexual lover "Mick" while trying to vampirize him as well. After being "killed", Enrico is given to Hellsing on loan from the Vatican to investigate his body for traces of the Chip. Unfortunately, Enrico wasn't properly killed, and revives in the medical room, attacking everyone and screaming for his dead boyfriend. The vampire is eventually silenced by Alucard moments before Anderson was about to do the deed himself.

Captain Gareth

Captain Gareth Henderson
Voice: Tomoyuki Shimura (Jpn) // Peter Gail (Eng)

A Captain in the employ of Hellsing, Gareth is one of the only members of the organization who treats Seras as an equal.
During the battle to quell Enrico Stivaletti in Order 3, Gareth is killed by Alexander Anderson in his treasonous attack on Hellsing.
His death was somehow filmed however, and was found on the internet later as a "Snuff Film" in Order 4.

Kim

Kim The Reporter
Voice: Mai (Jpn) // Pam Susslin (Eng)

Kim is a reporter for London's BTN and is first seen in Order 2 being attacked by a vampire. Hellsing's quick response quelled the threat before Kim suffered any injury, but the event fascinated her and caused her to relentlessly pursue the story of the vampires and Hellsing. The situation comes to a head in Order 4 when it's revealed that the late Captain Gareth's replacement had been helping Kim get information, and it seems she's been watching vampire-related "Snuff Films" to gain that information. After the discovery, Integra decrees that she's a despicable human being that can't be punished by man's law. She gives Kim to her servant Alucard to kill and feed on, prompting Seras to finally give in to her hunger.

Harry Anders

Harry Anders
Voice: Takashi Taniguchi (Jpn) // Arthur Russell (Eng)

An MI5 agent working for England to investigate the "FREAK Chip", Harry Anders asks Seras to assist him on an important assignment. The situation turns out to be bringing Seras along as "protection" from the childlike vampire Helena as he goes to get information from her. Information which does not pan out for him.
Spending time with Seras, Anders professes to having known Seras' father, and offers her information on him. He never gets the chance to tell her however, as someone had rigged his car to explode, killing him.

Helena

Nosferatu Helena
Voice: Akiko Hiramatsu (Jpn) // Akure Wall (Eng)

One of the few "True" undead featured in the series, Helena was apparently turned as a child, providing an eternally youthful apperance. She is introduced late in the story to give some information to Seras and to seemingly provide a shoulder to cry on.
Helena is last seen in the series as Seras heads to her home to do just that. Upon arriving, Seras is horrified to find that the mysterious villian Incognito has eaten her. She attempts to escape his body only to have her head cut off as he laughs and leaves. Helena gives Seras a parting bit of information before telling Seras to leave. The house was set aflame, and Helena wants to be left to die.

Boahnban Sith "Laura Hellsing"

Baohban Sith - "Laura Wingates"
Voice: Mika Doi (Jpn) // Siobhan Flynn (Eng)

An undead creature who appears in Order 9, the Baoban Sith is initially introduced as "Laura", Integra's apparent sister.
It is eventually revealed that Integra has no sister, this monster manipulated her way into the mansion with some form of hypnosis in an attempt to get revenge on Integra for Hellsing's past slaying of her entire clan. She bites Integra with the intent of killing her and turning her into an undead Ghoul, but is interrupted by Alucard, who promply kills this "Laura" with a swift bullet.

Captain Chris Pickman

Captain Chris Pickman
Voice: Yuuji Takada (Jpn) // Arthur Russell (Eng Ep. 9) Gildart Jackson (Eng Ep. 10-12)

Pickman was Captain of the Hellsing field unit after the Valentines' attack on Hellsing. Pickman is a rather crass but efficient soldier, who gives his all for Hellsing.
In Order 12, Pickman is fatally wounded by a vampire in the Battle of the Tower of London. Pickman shows quite a bit of conviction, in his final moments he asks Alucard to kill him now, as he wants to die a human, rather than as a Ghoul. Alucard honors the man's final request and puts him down with the Jackal. As a sign of respect, Alucard lays his hat on the man before continuing the fight.

Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson
Voice: Ken Narita (Jpn) // Craig Young (Eng)

An SAS Agent abducted by Incognito. Paul Wilson was among those given the FREAK Chip by Incognito for the final attack on the Tower of London. Wilson however didn't just recieve one chip, instead he was given several that implanted themselves throughout his body, apparently making him even more powerful than the average "Freak".
After gaining his power, Wilson cryptically plagued Seras' dreams, frightening her and taunting her. When the battle of the Tower of London breaks out, Wilson takes on Seras directly, transforming into a freakish bat-creature. Seras eventually overcomes him, defeating him by slamming one of her Harkonnen bullets down his throat with her bare hands.

Incognito

Nosferatu Incognito
Voice: Takumi Yamazaki (Jpn) // Isaac C. Singleton Jr. (Eng)

The enigmatic final villian of the television series, Incognito is a true vampire from the "Dark Continient", which is apparently Africa. Incognito employs strange powers and tactics in his battles, including a gun that fires strange projectiles which Alucard calls "Sorcery from the Dark Continent".
Incognito claims at a few points in the series to be owned by a "Human Master" just as Alucard is, but this master is never shown, as most of the final arc is apparently driven by Incognito himself.
The strange vampire's final goal appears to be to sacrifice Integra to summon the Egyptian God "Seth" to give him ultimate power. However, Integra summons Alucard back from the dead, and after using the untold rivers of blood from the Tower, he revives and takes on Incognito, defeating him and impaling him on a silver spike before he has a chance to finish the ritual.
